Rosogolla- the taste of Bengal

⚪️In West Bengal Rosogolla was invented by Nabin Chandra Das.  

⚪️At first he established a small sweet shop in Jorasanko, then after some years he opened a shop in Bagbazar.  

⚪️The white round sweets he made became very famous.  

⚪️He named this sweet Rasgolla.

 

⚪️Swati Saraf from Kolkata made different flavors of Rosgolla.  

⚪️She tried to make Rosogolla different.

⚪️The popular ones are:-

1. Mango Rosogolla

2. Strawberry Rosogolla

3. Green Chilli Rosogolla

4. Watermelon Rosogolla

5. Blackcurrant Rosogolla

6. Pudina Rosogolla
