Apple Sauce

Ingredients:

🍎1 kg peeled apple

🍎1 tspn lemon juice

🍎1/4 cup water

🍎1 tspn grounded cinnamon

🍎1/4 cup sugar

Process:

🍎Put the pieces of apples in a heavy bottmed saucepen with water.

🍎Cook in low heat till becomes soft.

🍎Mash them a bit to make them pulpy.

🍎Add sugar and cinnamon and lemon juice.

🍎Store covered in the refrigerator.
