Apple Sauce

Ingredients:
๐1 kg peeled apple
๐1 tspn lemon juice
๐1/4 cup water

๐1 tspn grounded cinnamon
๐1/4 cup sugar
Process:
๐Put the pieces of apples in a heavy bottmed saucepen with water.
๐Cook in low heat till becomes soft.

๐Mash them a bit to make them pulpy.
๐Add sugar and cinnamon and lemon juice.
๐Store covered in the refrigerator.
