Golap Bagh- A holiday destination in Burdwan

It is the Botanical and Zoological garden built up by the King Bijoy Chand Mahatab in 1884.

Filled with beautiful and attractive rose plants and 128 different types of trees like mango, shimul, eucalyptus e.t.c.

Also has huge water tanks all around the place. It is an excellent place to spent a few hours of the day.
